I've read online a few times about Big Deal.com. It's an online auction site where you can get new electronics & more for a fraction of the retail price. The catch is, you have to buy bids to then bid on the items. You may need to spend $100 bidding to win an SLR digital camera for $15. Net savings = $600+. Ipads are selling for less than $100! I've been wanting a Kindle reader so when I saw them selling for $8, I wanted to jump in the bidding. It was midnight, though, and I've been known to make some really crazy infomercial products late in the night :) So, I waited...I did register for a Big Deal account. After not buying anything for 5 days, they sent me 5 free bids which I used to purchase 10 more bids for $0.11. Pretty fun stuff! I'm wanting to buy more bids so I have a nice stockpile before going for the Kindle.
